The RCS Accreditation involves rigorous audits, overseen by independent authorities such as IMPAC and the NZ Engineered Stone Advisory Group (ESAG). These audits focus on our safety procedures surrounding the handling and fabrication of engineered stone, particularly in relation to silica dust, which is present during the cutting and manufacturing processes.
Our first shipment of zero-silica products has arrived, marking an important step in our transition to safer, silica-free materials.
With regular assessments, Pacific Stone has achieved Gold Standard Accreditation as an Accredited Fabricator. As of now, we are the only company in the Tauranga region to hold this prestigious status. Out of 130 companies across New Zealand, only thirteen have attained this level of accreditation, making it a unique advantage for our clients and partners.
